Nine-year-old Kayla Unbehaun was supposedly kidnapped by her non-custodial mother Heather Unbehaun from northern Illinois in 2017. Not long after the snatching, the Kane Region Express’ Lawyer’s Office gave a capturing warrant for Heather.
